A bit Nervous but...
I just received my first print on canvas and I picked the 45 x 30 and was a bit nervous about it, but you let me know that it was going to be fine and it was. I am very happy with the result. I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.

Thanks so much. I sent in a picture of my dog and used your online 3D like features to pick the type of canvas I wanted. It arrived right to my door and looks great. I like that the wire is already on and i had the option to change the hook. She died this past w/e and its been nice to walk by and see her healthy. thanks, A.
